How to make squid stew
A fantastic combination of squid and bean sprouts! The cold soup is really good no matter where you put it.

1) Cooking ingredients
Main ingredients: 1 squid (240g), 2 and 2/3 tablespoons of red pepper paste (40g)
Sub-ingredients: 1 handful bean sprouts (50g), 50g radish, 1/2 onion (100g), 1/2 handful of mustard greens (25g), 4 cups of water (800ml), 5cm (10g) green onion, 1 garlic (minced garlic) /2 Tbsp (5g), 1 Tbsp Red Pepper Powder (5g), 1 Tbsp Salt (5g)

3) Cooking process
01. Remove the intestines from the squid and wash thoroughly under running water. Remove the sucker by sweeping the legs with your fingers. Make a diagonal cut on the inside of the body and cut it into 1×5cm pieces.
02. Cut the onion and radish into 2cm squares. Soak the bean sprouts in water and shake to wash, then drain the water through a sieve. After washing the mugwort gat, only the leaves are removed, and the green onion is cut into pieces.
03. Put water, red pepper paste, and red pepper powder in a pot and bring to a boil. When it boils, add bean sprouts.
04. When bean sprouts are cooked, add squid, potatoes, and onion to a boil, then add garlic and green onion and season with salt. Turn off the heat and put the mustard greens.
